There are a lot of different methods out there to practice gratitude, but here’s the best one that has worked for me: one line per day. This approach makes the process of practicing gratitude daily as easy as possible. It’s the easiest way to consciously build a habit of gratitude and thus become a more grateful person in the process of doing so. Simply print out the sheet and keep it next to your bed. Every day before you go to sleep, open it and write down one thing you were grateful for that day.
If you want to build better habits and achieve better goals, you need to build better systems. And the secret to creating a better system lies in small consistent wins. What’s the best and easiest way to achieve that? Insert the habit tracker. The habit tracker helps you track and measure your progress as you work toward creating sustainable change. Here’s an example of a filled out template. Simple filly out the list of habits you want to track for the given month and anytime you do take an action toward it, mark an X in the box. You goal is to not break the chain of X’s. Good luck!
